Who will do my tree work?
All work is carried out by our expert Level 5 Arborist and our team of groundsmen. Chris has over 20 years' experience, and is fully insured, qualified and experienced. We think he's the best in the business and our customers agree!
Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured for all tree work carried out for your total peace of mind. If you would like to see our insurance documentation, just ask - we're more than happy to provide you with current copies.
Do I need a permit?
Before carrying out any tree work, we make sure there is no current tree protection order on your tree. This safeguards you from large fines in the event your tree is in fact protected by your local council, and ensures you do not require any permits.
Can you quote over the phone?
We prefer not to quote over the phone as there are so many things that we need to see and assess in person to provide you with an accurate quote.
Do you offer Senior's discounts?
Absolutely. Just show us your senior's card to receive 10% off all of our services.
Are your quotes all inclusive?
Yes. Everything is included in your totally comprehensive quote, even things like tip fees, so there are no surprises.
How soon can you get here?
We aim to complete jobs within 5 working days of quoting wherever possible. If you have an emergency situation, we will do the job as soon as humanly possible.
